Support

Help with Locimens accounts, subscriptions, the desktop app, MetaTrader 5 setup, and marketplace purchases.

Before you write in

Sign in at /accounts with the same email you use in the Locimens desktop app. Many issues — plan status, billing, downloads, and entitlements — are fastest to resolve from your account page.

When contacting support, include the email on your Locimens account, your plan tier, operating system, Locimens app version if known, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. For MT5 bridge issues, note your broker server name and whether the mailbox EA is attached to the chart you expect.

Account & billing

Create or sign in to your account on this website. Subscriptions and one-time marketplace purchases are tied to that identity and enforced in the desktop app.

Manage payment methods, invoices, and subscription cancellation through the Manage billing portal on /accounts (powered by Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in your plan.

For failed charges, duplicate purchases, missing entitlements after payment, or refund questions, email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the charge. See /terms for our billing and refund policy.

Desktop app installation

Download the Locimens installer from /accounts after signing in. Beginner accounts receive Locimens Light; paid plans receive the full desktop build with complete agent and bridge capabilities.

Install on a Windows PC that can run MetaTrader 5 and the local bridge services. Plan limits apply to registered devices — remove old devices from your account if you replace hardware.

If the app will not start or services fail to bind to local ports, restart the machine, confirm no other copy of Locimens is running, and temporarily disable conflicting security software. Include any error text in your support email.

MetaTrader 5 & bridge setup

Locimens connects to MT5 through a local MCP bridge and Expert Advisors for mailbox data and execution. Install purchased EAs from Locimens desktop → Marketplace, then attach the mailbox EA to the chart and symbol you want the bridge to watch.

In desktop settings, point Locimens to your MT5 Experts folder if auto-detection does not find it. Confirm MT5 is running, logged in, and that algorithmic trading is allowed for the account you registered.

Live versus demo account limits depend on your plan. Register MT5 accounts inside the desktop app so entitlements stay in sync. Locimens collects MT5 login metadata for limit enforcement — not your broker password.

Marketplace & licensed agents

Browse agents and Expert Advisors on /marketplace. Subscription agents unlock with an eligible plan; one-time products require a completed purchase before download.

After purchase, open Locimens desktop → Marketplace to install or update. If a listing shows licensed but install fails, sign out and back in on desktop to refresh entitlements, then retry.

Developers publishing plugins should use the developer portal; application questions go to [email protected] with subject line "Developer program".

Support by plan

Beginner (free): Community and best-effort email support. We aim to respond within five business days.

Pro ($29.99/month): Priority email support. We aim to respond within two business days for account, billing, and app issues.

Pro Max ($49.99/month): Priority email support with beta feature assistance. We aim to respond within one business day.

Pro Max Ultra (custom): White-glove support per your sales agreement. Submit enterprise requests through /contact-sales.

Response targets are goals, not guaranteed service levels, unless your written Ultra contract states otherwise.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Locimens account, change your password immediately and email [email protected]. We will help secure the account and review recent activity.

Locimens will never ask for your MT5 or broker password by email. Report phishing impersonating Locimens to [email protected].
