On first launch, Locimens starts background services, opens the desktop app window, and prompts you to sign in if you are not already authenticated.

Locimens prepares the local MCP bridge, LLM gateway, and MT5 connection services in the background.

Desktop window opens
The main Locimens window opens automatically. Use the in-app interface for all setup — no extra browser configuration is required.

Sign in
Use the same Locimens account as the marketing site.

Review Settings
Open Settings to confirm MCP discovery, AI provider, and Telegram placeholders before installing agents.
First-launch checklist
- Sign in successfully — confirm your plan and purchases appear in the app
- Open Settings → AI — pick Ollama or OpenRouter and test connection
- Launch MetaTrader 5 and log into your broker account
- Open Agents → Plugins — confirm the bridge lists installed plugins
- Install at least one agent from the in-app marketplace or marketplace on locimens.com
- Optional: configure Telegram in Settings → Telegram
