Official Locimens plugins ship as marketplace products. Each plugin bundles a manifest (plugin.json), optional React UI, an MCP server, and optional Telegram menus. Third-party developers publish through the same marketplace pipeline.

Telegram integration
Agents with telegram.enabled in plugin.json appear under Telegram → Agents with custom button menus defined in the manifest — no host code changes required.
